Adult lessons are arranged on one to one basis or in group of up to four or more.

Adult classes are main in the below category:

Basic Swimming Technique – The fundamentals of swimming technique is Front crawl. Swimmer will be guided in both Theory and Practical for this skill


Intermediate
– Acquiring of 3 main skills like Front Crawl, Back Stroke and Breast stroke


Advance
– Acquiring of 4 main skills in Swimming including Butterfly and skill of Starts and turns for the 4 main strokes

Swimming Team Preperation – Swimmers preparing to qualify for school or club swim team.


Triskill foundation
– Swimmers preparing for to swim in triathlon race. Swimming up to a distance of 1500m.


Triskill Advance
– Swimmers preparing to take part in Ironman distance of 3800m or more.


Swimming Teacher preparation
– Swimmers who need to sharpen their skill to prepare for skill test for Swimming Teacher.


Life Saving
– Swimmers who is interested to further their swimming career by acquiring Lifesaving skills

Optimized-Child swimming
Baby-(2.5-3): Awareness, water confidence, basic motor skills movement
Pre-school (3-4yrs): Confidence activities, development of fundamental movements in water
Beginners (5-6 and above): Children at this age has better motor skills movement, therefore, will attain the required water confidence and skill movement at a faster pace.
Intermediate: Children will learn Front crawl, Backstroke as their foundation.
Advanced: Children will pick up four main strokes which are Front Crawl, Backstroke, Breast Stroke and Butterfly.
Competitive: Getting children ready for school competition or beyond.
Lifesaving: Minimum age of 12yrs
Open Water: Basic skills in open water swimming Conduct in Sentosa Tanjong Beach

Swimming Classes at MOE Evans Rd

Swimming provides most of the aerobic benefits running does. Tests have shown that swimmers can get their heart rates up almost as high as comparably fit runners’. What’s more important, however, is that the sport is virtually injury free. Because water provides so much natural buoyancy, exercise in water is easy on the joints and tendons. You can work out as aggressively as you like without concern that you will be disabled by aching feet, blisters, shin splints, tennis elbow, or runner’s knee. Even more assuring, you can have confidence that your zeal for the sport is not condemning you to a future plagued by a variety of knee, leg, hip, or back ailments. In fact, if you have developed any of these problems from your other activities, swimming may help make them better.
